How far back can we set the plan date of maintenance call?

Hi PM Guru,

I can not make sure the plan date of maintenance call 2 months in the past.

Today is Aug. 25. 2015, and the plan is 2W/4W strategic plan. We would like the first call on Jul. 17. 2015 with the cycle of 2W.

So I start the scheduling by clicking "START" instead of " Start in cycle" withat the date July. 03. 2015 but I got the above before the scheduling is list below.

It is NOT on July 17 and apparently it misses the 1st call but come to the 2nd one which 2W/4W.

Please kindly advise how to make sure the 1st call with the 1st package is on July. 17. 2015.

Hi Sally.

I would ask you to check the validity date of the task list, but I bet you already did, right?

Hi Pete, Paul and Maria,

It has been resolved as it is due to the validity date of task list that PM work order can not be earlier than that.
