Dear All,

My Conveyance exemption amount is coming wrong for most of the Employee.

This payslip is for month of June.

For April and May it is fine.

I see the conveyance exemption in May & June has only considered 800 per month, it should be 1600 per month as per the new budget changes. Can you check v_t7int9 and send a screenshot of the entry for your conveyance wage type.

My Client has maintained 1600 car exemption from Aug onwards.

Before that car exemption in V_t7int9 was only 800.

However in IT8, they were maintaining conveyance allowance 1600.

Hi,

On May month /3C4 is having the amount of 1600.

Now on the june month employee will receive the 1600 and it will be projected for the rest 9months.

So total exemption amount is = (2400(As on June /3C4 from CRT)+1600(for June RT)+1600*9(rest 9 months projection))= Amount 18400

Legally, the limit should be 1600 effective 01.04.15.

Do you know when this was changed? Was it done after May payroll? Because if this is the case, the value of /3c4 in May should show 3200.

This was changed in Aug. and we are yet to run salary for EE for August.

Hi,

On the August month you have changed the T7INT9 table details. Then how system has considered amount 1600 as exemption from April.

On the June month employee has received half month salary i think so. Please check and let me know.

Please try doing a forced retro in August effect 01.04.2015. Check the conveyance exemption after this.

MAy:- 1600

June:- 2400

System is only considering 800.

Now when I maintained V_t7int9, I have give date from 01.04.2015

Since you haven't done a forced retro, system probably has gone retro till May.

So April /3c4 as per old limit - 800

May onwards 1600* 11(included projected amount)

Do a forced retro from April 15 and you will get the correct exemption of 19200.

Then you have to do the force retro from 01.04.2015. Since configuration table changes are not coming to retro automatically if there have not any master data changes or forced retro.
