'Business Process Operations (New)' tab unavailable while configuring BPMon on MAI

Hi,

I am trying to configure BPMon on MAI SolMan System SP10. I've created a solution and setup monitoring. According to the guide i am following, in order to view the alert inbox for MAI based monitoring, i need to go to tab 'Business Process Operations (New)'.

However, this tab isn't available in the SM_WORKCENTER.

What could be the possible reasons for the same?

Hi

Full functionality is avialable in SP12 only.

Generate the profile for below role and assign to your id.

SAP_SMWORK_BPO

Login again in solman. It should be resolved.

Hi,

It seems you are using SP12 guide for BP monitoring. Business Process Operation (new) is not available in Solman 7.1 SP10.  You need to assign Role "SAP_SMWORK_BPO" to get the Business Process Operation tab in SM_WOrkcenter.
