COGI Authorization Issue in SAP 4.6 C version

Dear All,

I have requirement to hide delete button from COGI TCode so user can't delete any records.

I have go through all threads and found Solution BAdI WORKORDER_GOODSMVT.

But my problem is that BAdI WORKORDER_GOODSMVT does't exist in SAP 4.6 C

Please help me out or let me know is there any NOTE for BAdI WORKORDER_GOODSMVT

Or any other way to overcome above issue.
