Extraction Reports in ERP and SRM

Hi Team,

Need some info on the below query...We have the below reports from ERP and SRM for data extraction (System Startup)

ERP:       BBP_ES_CUSTOMIZINGDATA_EXT_CSV

               BBP_ES_CUSTOMIZINGDATA_EXTRACT

               BBP_ES_MASTERDATA_EXTRACT

SRM:      BBP_CONDDATA_EXTRACT

I have read that all the master data we will get into CLM with the help of PI .

Do we use "BBP_ES_CUSTOMIZINGDATA_EXTRACT" report to replicate common master data??  and for other material master and vendor master how do we replicate the data to CLM and how we keep that in delta replication...

Hi Sanjay,

    The extraction reports you have listed above is for the initial data load when you are trying to setup the SAP Sourcing system for the first time.

BBP_ES_CUSTOMIZINGDATA_EXTRACT

BBP_ES_MASTERDATA_EXTRACT

They will generate XML files and there is no need to go through PI. You can manually import them in SAP Sourcing (via Import Data from setup) or you can drop the generated files in the FTP server and have the Scheduled task pick them up and import.

If you need to do delta replication for Materials and vendors, please enable the change pointers for the IDOC's and configure the ALE to propagate these changes to SAP Sourcing VIA PI...

PS: All of this information is clearly documented in the configuration guide. please review that information before you decide on the process..
