CUP Provisioning Failed after installing GRC 10.1 Patches


Hi All,

After we installed patches to our GRC 10.1 system we can no longer approve EAM requests.

If we submit a request that is in our work inbox to be approved we get an email CUP Provisioning:

Has anyone had this issue?

Anyone have a solution?
