Getting DB Error in Webi Report

One of the developer in Offshore is getting the following error while running anything in BI Launchpad. Rest of us are no getting any issues.

Error: Database error: [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver] Not enough information to log on. (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)
