How to relate a query to Excel?

Hi, i have looked around but need some inputs in order to relate a Excel document to a query:

Example , i have a query with IATA airport codes but not the full name, example. LHR, JFK, LAX etc

I have an Excel sheet with the Airport codes and their full names, how can i relate and integrate the Excel file, so i can use the full names in the query?
