Add new Fields BID creation Wdynpro

All,

I need to add 5 fields in the BID creation Wdynpro in SRM, i have already added the new fields by customizing in the Append for Customer Fields on RFX item Activity. But now i do not know which are the steps I have to follow to show the newly added fields.
