SAP Fiori Search Not Working

Hello Everyone,

We are configuring SAP Fiori Search and Factsheet application. Currently We have configured SAP Fiori Factsheet Application 'Purchase Order' successfully. When testing the application with target URL and Tile its working properly, see below image

Now we are facing following problems:

1. Application is not populating in fiori Search Drop down list see below image:

2. When trying to enter a purchase order and search getting following errors:

We have performed all required steps, created all search connectors and indexed them, Configured Web Dispatcher for Fiori Search, activated all SICF nodes required for Fiori Search etc..

Any input or guidance would be helpful.
