ESS Error while saving IT0023 Educational details

Hi,

In ESS, For country grouping "25", while try to create and save My educational details it is showing the ERROR : Invalid parameter SECONDARY_RECORD-PSKEY, value 25....(termination: RABAX_STATE). Error seems asking for secondary infotype maintenance.

In ESS Portal, Only current validity details are displaying apart from all the existing Educational details and while editing or changing existing Educational details the validity period is not possible to change.

For Ref., Error Screenshot attached, And Use casemaintained for Infotype 0022 respect to subtypes (O1-O6) isA6, and enabled first and secondSpecify Use cases, Validity period for data can be setandNew button always available on overview screen.
