SAPUI5 - Develop specific applications with charts (sap.viz library missing)

I try to create a specific SAPUI5 app which contain charts.

But when i try to test my application I've the folliwing message :

- Web IDE on cloud :

I need to know how to install the sap.viz library to consume it in my project.

Could you help me ?
