Hi Petra,

what is your setting in the FO/FU type?

Are the events are also visible in the EM UI or transacction /SAPTRX/EH_LIST?

Best regards,

Steffen

Hi Steffen,

yes, it is visible in the Event handler. (see screenshot). fu type has a custom AOT and enhanced Propagation.

How can I avoid duplicate Events?

Hi Petra,

What happens when you change the Display Mode for execution to:

Actual Events from TM Only, Expected Events from EM

or

Actual Events and Expected Events from EM Only?

If all Events are available(recorded) in TM and EM you should choose:

Actual Events from TM Only, Expected Events from EM.

Best regards,

Steffen

Steffen,

it sounded Logical. only the Events that are "propagated from EM" and not Read from EM shall be displayed.

I chose actual events from tm only, expected Events from EM, but still both events are displayed. the duplicate is only happening with the phone app. the phone app does the commit.

Another idea?

Then you should open a ticket that the support can debug it.

With "actual events from tm only, expected Events from EM" it should not be read from EM as it is reported.

I tested it again and I have only one Event with "Propagated from EM" if I set up TM only. Btw, the same Setting is needed in the fo.unfortunately, it propagates all Fu Events to the FO, but I open another issue for this. Thanks a lot for your help on this.

Thanks

Petra
