Malaysia payroll legacy data upload

Hi Experts,

We are implementing payroll Malaysia I need to upload legacy data from Jan 2015

I understand there are standard tables available T588* tables by a standard program.

I was going through the SCN for Malaysia specific program to upload payroll wagetypes for statutory and non statutory data.

but I couldnt get any information. Can anyone have an idea about it. Do I seek ABAPer help? If so what should I mention ? Which program I should ask to copy? Please help me to clarify.
