Hi,

When I am trying to transfer the data via report "/RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING", I am getting the error "Controlling area not found".

Can anyone please let me know where do we need to maintain the CO Area data in PPM for this error.

Thanks,

Steve

Hello Steve

Can you confirm that you have set master switch 0002 ---> 0007 as 'X' ?

This is under SPRO -> SAP Portfolio and Project Management -> Portfolio Management -> Global Settings -> Override Default Global Settings

Hi Chatsworth,

Thanks for answer, did help me.

I did the following settings for Financial Information,

1) Override Default Global Settings -- Master Switch 0002 , 0007 to X

2) Set Define Financial and Capacity Categories

3) Set Define Financial and Capacity Views

4) Set Define Financial and Capacity View for Front-End Configuration

5) Set Define Financial Capacity Settings for Portfolio Types

6) Set in Define Financial Planning Settings

Then executed report /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING,

Stil i cant see any values flowing in PPM, Am I still missing anything, Please guide.

Steve

Hi Steve

You have defined the relevant Financial Views as "integrated" in your Financial Planning settings - Under ' Define Financial and Capacity Views'  you set relevant views ' Item Process' as ' Integration' ? E.g. Actuals

Under ' Base System Interfaces' --> ' Define Object LInk Types' you have maintained the relevant object link (0RPMFIPROHECT) with the Logical System. This Logical system corresponds with the RFC destination that you defined under SM59?

Under ' Base System Interfaces'  --> ' Financial PLanning Settings"  you have mapped the Value Types to the Financial Views you defined?

Take a look and let me know
