Sender FTPS---Certificate and TLS version ?

Hi All,

We have a scenario FTPS--->PI--->Proxy.

If we chose to Go FTPS with certfictae which certfiacte do i need to get from the client ?? is it SSL or thier public key ? or both are same ??

And also To connect to thier server client is asking us to enable TLS v1.0 . Can you please let me know how to check the TLS version ?

SAp PI 7.31 SP11.

    >>>The ftp provider should supply you with the ssl certificate which may include the Private / Public key pair. (they usually encrypt it with a password you need it when you import it into to Netweaver Administrator). Confirm with them if the certificate has a verifying chain, if so they should supply those certificates as well or provide you with a link where you can download it from save it to a *.txt file.

    In addition to this you need to do few more steps like - open firewall, port, import the certificates, etc.
