PR release reset using me52n

Hello

I have strange scenario in PR approval,

We have two level approval,   1st approver release status will be X  and 2nd approver release status will be 2.

in pr item changes i can see   PR creator  changed release status from   2  to X  using  ME52N..  how is it possible??

Your screen shot is showing this line item got blocked from transaction ME52N.

It is showing old value = 2 and new value = X.

Generally, it may possible if any changes done for the line item (like as value increase) with certain changeable indicator.

Your PR was release at 9:36:23 from ME54N by user KMOORE, then this line item got unreleased at 12:21:56 on the same day by user KBLACK.

What was the changes done by KBLACK at that time from ME52N?

Hi,

Check  the details of PR in table CDHDR in t.code: by entering TCODE as ME52N and ME54N.

Cross check user may have access to t.code: ME52N where he/she released that PR which show in history details.

Hello Biju,

user is PR creator (KBLACK) and he have  ME52N access, he is not approver.

And how is it possible to unrelease using me52n.??
