so thant i want to know , how to transfer them with LSMW & Steps i should follow

If you are not good in preparing LSMW take help of ABAP'er either to learn LSMW or  to prepare a BDC program to upload master data.

There should be many documents availailable online on t-code lsmw.  Try a Google search using key words such as "lsmw document", as there are tutorials, and many documents on the subject.

Then, you should try it in your Sandbox, Test or Development system.
