Creating of one button in all marketing Documents.

First of all, thanks for your fast and immediate reply. Actually I am working for one project(Gas Manufactures), here I need to track the cylinders by their numbers. There are 2 types of cylinders are there one is Customer Cylinders and the other are company cylinders here I need a Metric table where it can open the window with cylinder number(manual entire) and ownership, rate fields need to be automatically filled.
