Cash-Basis Accounting and Cash Flow Reporting activation

Hi, all!

We have EHP7, but don`t see the table PSGLFLEXT or menu path like Public Sector Management → Fund Accounting → General Ledger Accounting (New). What do we need to activate? At Wiki we`ve found mention of Business Function PSM_FA_CASH, but there no like this in SFW5.
