How to get Universe Design Tool

Hello to everyone!

I can't find and download such client tool as Universe Design Tool.

I know that UDT comes with BI client tools installation not with CRS 2013 client tools.

But I have a lisence only for Crystal Server 2013... so, in the support portal even can't find BI software download.

May be there is another way to download UDT?
