How to hide a row in table using Webi

Hi Friends,

In webi report how to hide row for more detail see the below screenshot.In report i used break also....

Hi Mustafa,

you can check the option (hide empty rows ) in the query properties. If its not working you need to create your custom formula to display 0 or Null and apply the option.

other method to do this is by using alert. but it will be visible when you export it in Excel.

hope this will help you to decide how you want to display the data.

I don't know if this idea can help.

Have you try to put a filter on the table using :

"Current Assets is not null" ?

When i try block filter, its hide hole "fixed Assets" block see below screenshot...

Then can you create a variable for Current Assets to put "" instead of null.

This idea is to have an empty dimension.

That way, maybe the default table property "Hide rows with empty dimensions" will help you.

Hi,

It is because of you have use Hierarchical Object in the Web I report.

Better you should try global filter from Query Panel. Select particular object and apply filter on it.

or second option is filter it from data source i.e. universe or Bex query.

Yes, i am use Hierarchical with the using of break functionality.....

Did you check the relative options of the table to hide empty rows and rows with 0 in all measures?
