BW Data Acquisition Connector

Hi Guys,

After updating Lumira from to 1.28 I can't seem to use the BW connector or install the Data acquisition Connector.

I have a Lumira stand alone professional edition licence.

Hi,

i've got an idea about this. In the last 1 month, Lumira desktop licensing has been simplified.  there are now 2 distinct tranches :

• a personal edition - which is entirely free. and can only connect to personal files and HANAOne.  (however, it can use Viz extensions. )

• a paying version - which unlocks all the features, including all the Data Access Extensions you need.

Importantly, there is only 1 common installation package - it's different keys that activate different parts.

it sounds to me like you need to upgrade you license key .
