Multiple Delivery Number in Triggered Alerts

Hello All,

   I am using the Transportation Visibility process , i.e the event handlers gets created upon creation of shipment documents in ECC System.I have configured various alerts & defined the format as shown:

Information as available at the Event Handler Level:

Parameter Mapping:

Mail trigger consists only 1 delivery number.How can i get both the deliveries ie. 3000399401/3000399402 in alerts?

But now the issue is,when i have multiple deliveries in the shipment ,i need the multiple deliveries to be displayed as part of the alert.But as per the current configuration i am only getting single delivery number.Pls help.

Hi Arun,

did you specify in ALRTCATDEF for the container element 'Multiline'?

Hi Steffen ,

  I have not specified the container as "MULTILINE" . However i tried marking the DEL_NO ,container as MULTILINE, but still the system displays only one DEL_NO.

Hi Arun,

when you insert the Container element in ALRTCATDEF in your mail text the follwoing popup should come:

Did you select there an option for All lines....?
