Kindly suggest me on the configuration or PCR on How to restrict attendance type permission for 2 hours maximum in a day.

While defining attendance type we can define Min and Max but depends on other parameters as well so check whether it fulfill requirement or not.

The second one is to with the help of technical consultant implement a BADI where we can validate master data according to our requirement.

When and by whom is the "Attendance Type" assigned?

If it's by the employee through self-service, then you should consult with an ABAP programmer so that the entry could be validated during the entry, before saving the data.

If it's by a Time Recording Clerk, here again you could ask an ABAP programmer to create validation during data entry into IT2002, before saving it.

If it's assigned during Time Evaluation, then you should be able to create a PCR to make the validation.
