Error when copying delivery to return note

Dear Experts,

We would like to copy a delivery note to return note but when trying to add the return document the following error message appears:

'No matching records found 'GL Accounts' (OACT) (ODBC -2028) [Message 131-183]'.

We are using SAP Business One 9.0 PL15. Also, we are using 'Continuous Stock' and we are able to do this procedure with other items of the same item group.

Are then any suggestions that may resolve this issue?
