can't find Blue P icon in SAP GUI

Hello:

recently My company just upgrate personas to 3.0 sp1, and in sandbox i can see the P icon in SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS 7.40 PATCH LEVEL 4,But in My Train system, i can't find the P icon in My gui 740, My User account had the role of /personas/admin and can find the P icon in Chrome with SAP GUI FOR HTML, ~~~
