Service PR and currency

    One of our user wants to create service PR with currency US$, yes we can createservice PR with currency US$, but we have service entry approval  with only  currency SAR(saudi Riyal). In this situation can we create service PR with
currency US$?

Any suggestion, please?. Thank you.

When you maintain the service entry sheet using ML81N, there you can select the line click on the

Condition you change the Currency to SAR here,, you can check how it refects in ML85

1. PR/PO Currency woudl be the Payment Currency

2. We cant Make PO currency as USD and SES currency as AED

3. Yes, Accounting Entry you can see bot the currency.

Better to use USD in your PR creation.

Hi Jaheer,

As you said, you have service entry approval only with  SAR not with USD.In such a case you no need to worry about your PR,system allow you to create PR/PO with currancy USD.It will only impact on your service entry approval.

What is your company code currency?

If you have service PR with USD currency , you can create service PO with USD currency and your service entry sheet will be with USD currency. As your SES release on SAR currency- you will have release strategy triggers on value basis.
