Hi,

   I am new to SAP B1 functional consultant. May i know,How create purchase order for both a service and non-inventory items? and How to find this is inventory item & non-inventory item?

Hi

Go to the Purchase Module, then select purchase order. you will have the option to select item/service item type

I can create purchase order for items/services. But i want to purchase both a service and non-inventory items at a time? and How to find out which item is inventory and non-inventory?

HI Rao,

You can't select Non-inventory items in Service Purchase Order.

You can Sgregate Inventory and Non-Inventory Items in "List of Items window" once you click chose from list from Item code field.

To achieve this change form settings of "List of Items" window.

Select "Inventory Item [Yes/No] in Form settings of "List of Items window

Hi Rao,

In your case, you only option is to create Item Type PO. Service type can't select items.

Both Unnikrishnan & Bharathiraja gave you correct answers for how to find Non-inventory items.

Hi Rao,

While selecting Items in PO screen, you can activate Inventory item column in form setting to check whether the item is inventory or non-inventory
