How to call Web Services in one of the stages in GRC Access request process.

Hi GRC Experts,

We came to one requirement where we require to call Web Services to for NON SAP system access provisioning in one of the stages in GRC access request Process. We are using GRC 10.1 in this case. Please help to provide process on on how to configure this scenario.

What type of Non- SAP system are you trying to provision to (or from)?

If you are sending calls out to IDM/Oracle IM to perform the provisioning action, then Web Service calls can be used with ease.

However, if you are trying to provision access into a non-SAP system directly via GRC, then you may actually require to utilise a 3rd Party Real Time Agent (RTA) i.e. Greenlight Connectors.

IT would be useful if you could describe the non-SAP system and let the forum know exactly what type of system it is.

Hi Harinam,

We are trying to provision access to SMARTOPS system from one of stage from GRC 10.1 user  access provisioning Process. Is there anyother way we can provision apart from using WebServices.

Thanks for you reply, Yes I looked those but its talks about when we integrate from IDM.

In My case we want to call Web service in one of stage in GRC user access provisioning to Provision access in SMARTOPS system.
