How to call Web Services in one of the stages in GRC Access request process.

Hi GRC Experts,

We came to one requirement where we require to call Web Services to for NON SAP system access provisioning in one of the stages in GRC access request Process. We are using GRC 10.1 in this case. Please help to provide process on on how to configure this scenario.
