Assembly Scrap Calculation

Hi Guru's,

I have one FERT material with its BOM and Routing in place and i have maintain Scrap in operations in routing too, while i am trying to update the assembly scrap in Material Master with CA97N i am getting an Error Massage which says the followings:

Message no. CP276:No task list found for mat. XXXXX in plant 1000 with select. prof.02.

Kindly give ur expert comment for the same.

Hi,

Check the Status of your Task List in 'Header Details' screen of Task List?

It should be '4' that is 'Released (general)'.

Check whether task list is active or Deletion flag set?

Also Check whether more than one task list is exist for your material?,  if so then in CA97N specify your inputs.

Hi ,

Please do the following

1. Compare the validity of the routing Key date and the date you are entering in CA97N

2.Check the Task List Type you have created in routing and  CA97N

3.Check the usage of the Routing and also status maintained in CA02

4.Please check whether you have marked Update with Assembly Scrap in Indicator Tab in CA97N

Have you put only key date & material number in selection criteria or anything else. Could you provide screen shots for what you are doing?

Then check for the validity of task list and key date/selection date selected in CA97n. The task list should be valid on this date.

Task List is valid upto 31.12.9999 and selection date is current date.

Hello,

Change date used as a selection

Only the task lists valid on the key date and changed on or after the date entered are selected.

Please try by using the Key date instate of Selection date.

Hi Rupesh,

Thanks for your input, i have created routing for new material and is updating the scrap in material master,but while i am trying to update the scrap in material master again by changing  scrap% in routing nothing is happening.

Will it be done on periodic basis??

Hello,

Did you select the update with assembly scrap indicator?

The scheduling results are updated in the material master with transaction CA97 or CA97N

An assembly scrap that is calculated during scheduling is updated.
