Create Profiles for Crystal Reports?

Hi

Can we create profiles for Crystal Reports(not using Universes)?  Crystal Reports are building directly from database tables.

We have to schedule reports using email based on filter criteria.

Scenario:

Crystal Report  "X" having 250 different levels of data, need to schedule each level data to different user(not BO users) using email.

I know we can do by this creating profiles and publications if reports are based on universe.

Please your help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Venkat,

You can use dyamic recipients publication and get desired output.

Even if these state about webi documen they can be still related to similar publication.

you can. There is no restriction on creating profiles crystal based on SQL.

Hi Jawahar,

Thanks for the response. If you could please provide step by step process that would be great.

I have tried creating profiles from CMC and in the profiles targets there is mandatory field to select Universe path.
