Crystal Preview different for one user

Hi All

I have created a crystal layout and it its previewing and printing different on one users pc.

I have installed the same driver (Zebra label printer driver) and even had a look at the crystal runtime version and its the same.

Any reason why its printing different on just that one users pc.

please see below:

1st one is incorrect (prints bigger then should)

2nd one prints correctly from other 5 users.
