Dear All,
We have upgraded from EHP5 to EHP7, we are getting Paper width error in Dot Matrix Printer, the values are printing perfectly. But we have the following issues.
1. Dot Matrix Printer is taking large time to take the printout
2. Paper Width error is occurring so we are not getting the printout, once the 'ONLINE' button is pressed in printer, we able to get the printouts.
Printer Model: EPSON LQ-550
The above problem is occurring only after migration in PRD system. We took the old backup in sandbox system, in Sandbox system the printer is working fine.
Kindly help on the above.

Please check the printer settings from sandbox to PRD.
