Product Survey - add new product

Dear experts,

I need to check a new functionality that should be available from 1508.

It is to allow a business user to add a new product in a product survey by creating a new line within the survey (on iPad app).

Did someone already tried this functionality? How can be set up?

Hi Rosalia,

Yes this functionality is available from 1508. In order to have this functionality enabled during runtime, you have to select a setting "add products from product list" while you are designing a survey.

I'm seeing that the option is available for Product Survey, but why it is not available on Competitor product Survey?

Hi Rosalia

Product Lists in C4C so far do not allow adding Competitor Products. Since this new feature of adding a new product in a product survey is based on Product Lists, Competitor Products cannot be added via this approach.
