Error installing SCM on HANA

Error during execution of HdbCmdClazz 'GET_LIVECACHE_NODE' : class com.sap.hdb.sl.lib.utils.cmd.clazz.CmdClazzParameterFactory, parameters received. Start execution. Check HdbCmdOut.log and HdbStdout.txt for further information.

I am trying to install SCM 7 EHP3 on HANA (SPS97) - I have installed LCAPPS on the HANA instance, but keep getting the above error. I should add that this is in a multi-tenant database.

The install guides / master guide and the livecache guide are very vague and not helpful

Problem was caused by a bug in SWPM. Latest release of SWPM and it installed without issue.
