Hello Ginger,

Thanks for jumping in for help.

Ajitabh has already helped me with respect to most of the details required here except the sap-client ID for the C4C tenant.

I have also raised an incident for getting this information. Hopefully I get the reply soon.

Every C4C tenant sits on top of a Netweaver ABAP stack SID and client. At some point,  ours got communicated to us but can't remember the context.

Just ask the Cloud help desk via an incident. Otherwise any chance of seeing this info on the service control centre?  I don't have access to Silverlight UI so can't tell right now for sure.

Hello Thierry,

Thanks for the information. Service Control Centre was the first place where I tried to search the information. It's not available there.

I really appreciate your help that you provided for this matter.

Hello All,

The Token Service URL will no longer have the sap-client used. Rest of the path remains same.

For complete detail on Connectivity Setup between HCP and C4C, refer the below document.

I currently don't have access to the silverlight UI so can't be very accurate.

You need to create a new OAuth client from the Administrator work centre. The Oauth client and password are chosen by you during this process.

Addendum to my first reply:

First you need to create a new OAuth provider under the administrator work centre by using the signing certificate you downloaded from your HCP account under Trust.

Then you create your OAuth client as per above.

Hello Pushkar Ranjan,

I am not sure how this thread is marked as Assumed Answered!! I have not marked it as Assumed Answered. Can you please help me revert this??

With the valuable inputs from Thierry, I could progress with the configurations on C4C, but I am still stuck with this issue and would request you get some reply for me. HCP destination that is to be setup on HCP needs to have some details from C4C which we are not aware of. Also I didn't see any details on this in Admin guide. Please help me out with the below details.

1. How would we get the sap-client for our C4C tenant?

2. OAuth Client ID mentioned in above screenshot will be picked up from registered OAuth Client, kindly confirm.

Awaiting your valuable inputs.

Thanks in advance.

Chandan

We might need to blog this out as the documentation is not explicit on the specifics as of the moment. I will source out an expert to provide the right guidance here. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks a lot for replying Pushkar.

A blog on this topic will surely be helpful for future use. But hopefully I should get the relevant details for me since this can cause hurdle for me to setup the successful integration.

Hope you understand.

Chandan
