Cloud certification for partner - you must be logged in first CLOUDCERT_C4C

Several of you are trying to enroll in the certification using the discount code  'CLOUDCERT_C4C' that is valid until the end of the month.  Many people are having troubles using the code.     Here is what we heard - please trying this and see if we works.

Option 1:

1.  Go to https://training.sap.com and log in to the SAP Training &Certification shop. 

2.  After your login, add the certification to your shopping cart and try the CLOUDCERT_C4C code.    Be sure you are logged in before applying the discount code. Once logged in with your web profile/S-user assigned you will be able to apply the campaign code if it is applicable to your purchase. NOTE: You can assign your S-user to your web profile under My Account > My S-user Management. If you require further assistance contact your local Education office.

Option 2:

1. Call your location education team and enroll providing the code, and they can apply this for you.

Hi Ginger,

I have called help desk (SAP Education - US) and they told me that promotion code is valid when they checked from their end. They have processed an order for me manually and received E-invoice with discount

I am good now and scheduled exams (C4C10 &50) also
