How to enable the field for personalisation through Adaptation

Hi Team,

I have created one custom Solution and i have created all screen for it. I have created anchor for all the screens.But i am not Able to personalize the setting through UI Adaptation/controls are coming as grayed out as shown below:

Can you please tell how to remove this grayed out and make the field read only from the adaptation.

Hi Malkit.

I am not sure where you have put anchors to.

You might need to add an anchor not just to the screen but also to the section group.

Hi Malkit,

you have to add an Anchor to the SectionGroup which contains the Fields to be able to personalize the fields.

Hi,

In your attachment all the fields are mandatory. You can not hide if the field is mandatory. Check for the field which is not mandatory. System will allow user to personalize on Optional fields.
