Hide a Tab view in SAP Perfromance MAnagement Appraisal WD application

Hi All,

I need to Hide a tab strip based on status and Subtatus in Appraisal Form.

We have configured status as In process , sub sttaus as 4L,4N,4M,4O,4P.

Only during the 4O I need the tab named Employee Final Acknowledgement to be appeared.

Rest all the status the Tab strip named Employee Final Acknowledgement should not appear.

Kindly suggest a way to do it.
