kedz Copa auto summarization

Dear Expert

Every month when i run KEDZ transaction to check the log for copa, some faulty summarization created automatically (Screen Shot attached), i execute program INDX_KE_DELETE in se38 every month to clear all indx, but i want to know why this type of faulty summarization create and what is the purpose.Is there any issue in our system ? Data base used here is MAXDB. Thanks!!
