Hi,
I am solving an issue with SAPscript form for SD invoice, we use 2 logical devices LOCL and LOHP and there are differences in output of printing invoice but very important, because than positions of labels are in another positions. When I checked both priniting outputs, it looks that there is another font in both devices and this fact change the position of the labels, but it is only presumption.
Do you have any experience with this issue?
Thanks a lot
Best Regards
Petr
Hello Petr,
Do you mean the font in the print preview is different from the actual output result or do you mean that
the print result from device LOCL is different from LOHP?
Could you pls check in tcd:SPAD which access method do you define for both output devices LOCL
and LOHP?
If it's using access method G pls refer to note 1780896 and if it's using S pls refer to the note 1780925
to take the log file, there will record the font information.
Regards
Jie Bai

Yes this is quite common, when you use a different device it will be different, you need to check your settings and config along the whole route from your sapscript to your printer. Check your output types in NACE, your printer settings in SPAD and then also the fonts and settings of the individual printer.
