Generating list of Trading Partners in PO

Is it possible to get the list/report of trading partners based on few filter criteria like who are actively receiving EDI invoices (EDI 810), division(CPG)etc.?

If your question is related to TPM , Then we have filtering at Industry, Region, Partner Type and Parent Groupcompany level in Partners overview screen,

Whereas you can filter for the message type in agreement screen.

Hi Appala,

In TPM,we have filter option in agreement screen for sure. But if we want to generate some list of Trading partners do we need to write some UDFs?

Like in agreement screen we cannot list the trading partners, we have the name of the agreement only. Our requirement is to filter based on messages type and generate list of trading partners.

Is it possible in PO?

Hi,

Yes. There is no way to get the list in TPM screen.

You can try using UDFs by first querying with Message Types and in the returned list of agreements, you can get all Sender and Receiver partners.
