Unable to install CR 2013 on Windows 10

We are a multi-seat user of Crystal Reports 2011 and also have a single upgrade seat for Crystal Reports 2013 for my use.

I am in the process of configuring a new Windows 10 computer and the only application giving me trouble is CR.  I get all the way through the installer until the final click and then almost instantly get this:

The install file I have dates back to July, 2014 when we purchased the upgrade seat.  I have not been able to find a later version of the full installer; only patches which require that CR 2013 is already installed.

Never mind.

I found that I can download the current version (SP4) from the trial products page.  That one seems to have installed correctly.

Be aware that CR 2013 is not officially supported on WIN 10 - should be in next SP. E.g.; if it works, great, but...

Also, CR 2013 in now on SP 6. All SPa can be downloaded from the downloads portal. See left side of the Overview tab "SAP Crystal Reports 2008, 2011 & 2013 Patches, Fix Packs and Redistribution packages".
