Agentry editor Crash with SMP 3 SDK SP08

Hi experts,

we observe frequent crashes with the agentry editor with SDK SP08 mostly when the ATE is running and sometimes while development.

This is delaying the development activities majorly.

I have seen SP09 release but the release notes does not mention any fixes in agentry area.So, is it worth upgrading?

I have also increase the java heap memory.

Any clues or advices on how to improve the performance of the editor or is it a bug with the SP08 editor.

Hi Prashanthi,

This could be problem with Eclipse IDE version or the Editor incorrect installer for Agentry Editor ie, 32 or 64 Bit. You may need to upgrade eclipse version to Eclipse Juno 4.2.2. Recommendation can be found below:

If its related to ATE, there are some issues around and fix for this would be part of SDK SP10 which is targeted for the end of September.
