Hour in appointment email

Hi we have a problem I created the email rules and when I receive an email of an appointment. It sends me another hour in the mail different from the one I configured.

I created the appointment at 11am and it sends me its at 4pm.

This is correct. Only the UTC time points are exposed for Notification content since there is no way for the workflow engine to apply the localized time point to the recipient (customers don't have a time zone and more than one time zone could be true if you have different employee recipients with different time zones). Thus if you want to send a localized time point you in SDK you can create an extension field and and time zone field. With a few lines of script set the localized time you always want sent instead of the generic UTC/GMT time zone ( only one timezone can be maintained thus all recipients will get that same localized time point).

Please check the timezone information for the two times that you are working with.

In your screenshot it shows me 1600 UTC. There might be a mismatch in the local timezone setting and the system timezone setting.

I checked all the time zone including the one in the employees users and their the same.
