Hello solman experts,
is it possible to run SEA to have automatic business process blueprint without focusing on SPS/EHP test management functions?
Is it a huge difference for business process blueprint compared with the report RUTILITY_BLUEPRINT_GENERATION?
Thank you!
Hi Alex
As you have noticed both have different purpose but running on usage statistics.
thus, SEA is more planned tool from the upgrade testing perspective before performing the upgrade where you can also do effort estimation etc. related to upgrade with impacted processes.
whereas
The utility report is just another way of documenting the processes in a solman project on component based approach like SEA only but without any impact etc being accesses.
Thus, there are different purpose and in relation to above and based upon requirement you can select relevant them.
hope this clarifies but feel free to revert.
Thanks
Prakhar
