Displaying archived billing docs via smartform

Hello Gurus,

We have a requirement where we need to call the smart form LB_BIL_INVOICE for archived billing documents. We will be having a report program where we would be having the billing document number as the input parameter.

Could you please let us know whether this is feasible given that the data is already archived. We need to retrieve data from archiving object SD_VBRK for the archiving infostructure SAP_SD_VBRK_001.

Please guide as to how to go about this requirement. By any chance do we need to use the import parameters ARCHIVE_INDEX,ARCHIVE_INDEX_TAB and ARCHIVE_PARAMETERS in the smartform.

Please advice.

Could you please go through this program? S3VBRKAU, it`s used to READ data from archived file of billing document. Your report could refer to it.
