Create Characteristic for purchase order number from MSEG for class 023 for batch classification.

I have create a Characteristic, using t code CT04 for fetching purchase order number from table MSEG and field EBELN in batch classification. but at the time of GRN in batch classification value is not coming. also mfg and expiry date is coming automatically.

What kind of info do you seek, the characteristic is already present in your system, you should see it in CT04. So just add it to your class and it will work right away

Deactivate SLED - set expiration date check indicator in IMG setting in batch management. system will your po no. Value and it will not display manufacturing date and expiration date

What configuration you have done with Tcode "OMCV". whether you have activated batch classification for particular movement type.

In OMCV, we selected in classify batches option 1 ''Classification carried out in background (all batches)'' for movt type 101.
