Extended Notifications: Still sending reminder emails for a deleted filter

Hello gurus:

I'm facing a trouble with Extended Notifications. I initially had created a filter Zxxxx_FULL as main filter and then I created a Zxxx_DELTA without filter parameters. System started sending emails for all pending WIs. So I deleted the Zxxxx_FULL because we only need reminders for new and changed WIs.

For new workitems, it works fine. However, system still sends emails for old WIs related to the filter Zxxx_FULL that doesn't exist anymore.

What can I do to system stops sending reminder emails related to that deleted filter?

I solved this issue changing status to "L" from table SWN_NOTIF.

Hello,

If these are reminder emails then they should be sent. You should be turning off the reminders if you don't want them.

You will start getting reminders for the new workitems too.

(I'm assuming here that by reminders you don't mean the normal Extended Notification emails when there's a new workitem)

Yes, I mean the reminders related to Extended Notifications (workflow scenario). I'm not sure if it is a normal behavior that the system continue sending reminders related to a filter that doesn't exist anymore.

Is there anyway to stop sending reminders related to that deleted filter? Do I have to filter the Zxxx_DELTA filter excluding that specific tasks? or do I have to create again the filter and maybe filter by task? I'm not sure about it :S
